

After the portal was gone and everything was fine tuned this guy was a genius. He explained that the iOS system created a portal and that’s what he had to fix. I explained to him what was going on with my iPhone. If you tell the system once you are a pre existing customer why does the stupid thing send you over to sales? The first person I spoke with had even less knowledge about this stuff but she kept on insisting on using the word download with me but as I asked her where did that come from? Then I was transferred over to the IT Department. I have been on the phone with ADT 2x and their horrible automated system that drives me up a wall. I’m very pleasedthe letter, and call ADT so they may send me the link which would allow my phone and their computer to communicate is NOT so easy for iPhones.
